Alan Kindsfater was born and raised in Belle Fourche on his family's farm just east of Belle Fourche. He attended college at the University of South Dakota At Springfield graduating with an Assoc. Degree in Diesel Technology. After graduation Alan returned home to join his older brother in farming and ranching. Alan, and his wife Mary Beth, raised daughter Katy, and sons David and Adam on the family farm where they continue to live, producing Registered Angus cattle and alfalfa.

Alan started his Real Estate career with Tri-State Realty, Inc. in 2004. Alan joined Keller Williams Realty Black Hills in 2019 and formed Kindsfater & Massie Realty Group with Skyler Massie. Alan also is a member of the Keller Williams Land Division. Having been involved in several transactions in all aspects of Real Estate, Alan has gained the expertise and knowledge necessary to assist his clients with optimal service from start to finish.

Alan's involvement in agriculture gives him a valuable perspective in understanding the agricultural lifestyle and the agri-business cycle, however he enjoys working in all aspects of Real Estate. Alan is licensed in South Dakota and Wyoming.
